The strategy is where we diagnose business problems regarding why you want a video. Learning insights here can change the entire perspective of what problem having a video solves and is the framework for what we base our ideas off of.

Once we've set on the idea, we begin getting the logistics down. Dates, locations, crew, gear, bathrooms, and yes, crafty.

Here's What it'll Look like

We love making commercials that drum up attention, but from the outside, going from the first email to seeing the final product can sometimes feel like a daunting process. When you reach out, this is what you can expect.

The First Contact
Reach out and let us know what you're looking for. We'll get right back to you with a smile, and set up a phone call and ask a couple questions to you just so we can understand what you're challenges are, and help make the best product we can for you. We'll start with, why you're looking for a video, what your budget is, and when you need your video by.

Pre-Production
For ads, we like to spend more time really learning the 'why' behind why you'd like an ad, and what business objectives you're looking to solve. This means first spending a whole day doing strategy, learning about your customers and how we can catch their attention. After that, we create a few ideas for an ad that we think solves your goal, and will actually make your customer stay engaged.

Production
This is the shoot day! We'll show up with the cameras, lighting equipment, and film everything. This part also has the best craft services.

Post-Production
We'll take all that raw footage and turn it into a story. We do 3 revisions on videos so we can get everything right for you. After that, we'll digitally deliver the project for you to download.

The Sales Funnel

The sales funnel is the process every person goes through before making a purchase.

At the top, they have a need, next, they have to be aware that you exist, after that, they will compare you to all their other available options, then they have to seek assurance that you are who you say you are and can deliver as promised, finally, they make a purchase, and you have to delight them and exceed their expectations, and if you go above and beyond, they will share you to their friends by word of mouth.

So, where do commercials come into play? Commercials are great when you need to drum up awareness. This is part of why commercials can be more of an investment and can also range in price so much. To create a commercial, it requires different equipment, locations, and people for each idea, and the idea can be executed on a big budget, and smaller budget version depending on the quality. This is why it's always helpful for you to first have a budget in mind for ads, because we can work in a range of budgets, we just have to know how big the sandbox is for us to play in and come up with ideas that fit how much you have to spend, while still communicating the idea.
