The strategy is where we diagnose business problems regarding why you want a video. Learning insights here can change the entire perspective of what problem having a video solves and is the framework for what we base our ideas off of.

Once we've set on the idea, we begin getting the logistics down. Dates, locations, crew, gear, bathrooms, and yes, crafty.

Here's What it'll Look like

We love making mini docs that tell your story, but from the outside, going from the first email to seeing the final video go up on your site can sometimes feel like a daunting process. When you reach out, this is what you can expect.

The First Contact
Reach out and let us know what you're looking for. We'll get right back to you with a smile, and set up a phone call and ask a couple questions to you just so we can understand what you're challenges are, and help make the best product we can for you. We'll start with, why you're looking for a video, what your budget is, and when you need your video by.

Pre-Production
When we've agreed to begin, we start projects with a contract so we both have something to commit to. Next, we like to do a 50% project down payment up front. After that, we begin scheduling the dates in pen. For your mini doc, we have some logistics to get underway. Together, we'll plan out what other people and locations we want in your shoot.

Production
This is the shoot day! We'll show up with the cameras, lighting equipment, and film everything. This part also has the best craft services.

Post-Production
We'll take all that raw footage and turn it into a story. We do 3 revisions on videos so we can get everything right for you. After that, we'll digitally deliver the project for you to download and put up on your site, social media, and advertising. Then you can start using it to show your clients your story in a professional, high end way.

The Sales Funnel

The sales funnel is the process every person goes through before making a purchase.

At the top, they have a need, next, they have to be aware that you exist, after that, they will compare you to all their other available options, then they have to seek assurance that you are who you say you are and can deliver as promised, finally, they make a purchase, and you have to delight them and exceed their expectations, and if you go above and beyond, they will share you to their friends by word of mouth.

So, where do mini docs come into play? They can be used as advertising, but we think they're most affective in the comparing and validation/assurance stage. Your clients can get a better feel for who you are and what makes you different, and our clients have found that having a professionally produced film also adds an additional layer of credibility to what they do, and gives a better sense for a viewer to know what they're committing to.
